April 11th: Public Hearing on Article 17, Design Guidelines April 1, 2005 Marblehead 20|20 will be holding a public hearing on Monday, Aprill 11 2005 at the Abbot Library on Pleasant St at 7:30pm.  Marblehead 20|20 will present an overview of current projects, focusing on the proposed establishment of Design Guidelines and a Design Review Board for commercial properties in the Uptown Business District, which is Article 17 on the Town Warrant. Marblehead 20|20 is seeking feedback and input from property owners, business owners, and residents in order to ensure the proposed Article reflects the intentions, and serves the needs, of all in the community.
